Its cinnamon season and the benefits of cinnamon have been known for centuries as bringing health and healing.
​Cinnamon can be used to help treat muscle spasms, arthritis, vomiting, diarrhea, infections, the common cold, loss of appetite, erectile dysfunction (ED), and lower blood sugar in people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Add cinnamon to warm  and spice up your favorite juices, smoothies, and soups!
Live Licious Apple Pie Juice 
Ingredients: 
4-6 red delicious apples 
1-2 tablespoons of cinnamon 
​1/4 inch of fresh ginger 

​Directions: 
​Run your apples and ginger through a juicer. Pour juice into a glass then add cinnamon & Enjoy chilled or warmed!
